Lasting Impact {10 Inspiring Books}

A few weeks ago I was challenged by my fellow blogger friend Sydney Huss to share 10 books that have inspired me through life {check out her blog here}. I don't read as much as I wish I did, however I have come across a good amount of inspiring books throughout my years. Books have shaped our society and even though I am not an avid "inspirational" reader, I strongly believe we should all read a good book that change how we look on things.

1. Little Women  by Louisa May Alcott

2. The Five People You Meet in Heaven by Mitch Album

3. The Help  by Kathryn Stockett

4. Oogey: The Dog Only a Family Could Love by Larry Levin

5. Life of Pi by Yann Martel

6. The Art of Racing in the Rain  by Garth Stein

7. The entire "Harry Potter" series by J.K. Rowling

8. To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee

9. Chicken Soup for the Soul by Jack Canfield, Amy Newmark, and Mark Victor Hansen

10. The Book Thief  by Mark Zusak

Love,
Natalie

  1. Sadly, I've only read five of these. I really need to find more time to read these days.

    1. I totally agree with not having enough time. It sure is hard balancing schoolwork this early in the year, who knows how the rest of the year will turn out!
